To achieve the project goal in the first step biadhesive peptides will be developed for the antagonistic fungus Clonostachys resea. Afterwards, the developed peptides will be tested for other fungal biocontrol agents like Trichoderma harzianum, Cordyceps fumsosoroseus and Metarhizium brunneum. The production of fungal spores in two different fermentation systems (solid and liquid) is envisaged to select the best biadhesive peptides for the relevant type of spores.
