About the Leibniz Joint Lab fiT

People, medicine and materials - are key subjects of the interdisciplinary research at the DWI - Leibniz Institute for Interactive Materials. The Leibniz Joint Lab “fiT" (first in Translation) is dedicated to educate and guide researchers with basic research discoveries in the biomedical field through the required preclinical- and clinical product development phases.

The fiT provides the translational research expertise and connects researchers, clinical trial experts and physicians at the RWTH Medical Faculty to find the way into first-in-human clinical trials.
