Sven Stegemann
Sven Stegemann studied pharmacy in Berlin. Various positions led him to different areas of the pharmaceutical industry until he held a professorship for patient-centered drug development in Graz between 2014 and 2019. Before taking on the position of Managing Director of the Leibniz Joint Lab fiT in 2022, he worked as Head of Global Scientific Business Development at a specialist company in pharmaceutical and chemical process technology and as a consultant in the healthcare industry.

Tim Wicke
Tim Wicke is a process engineer and studied environmental engineering and resource management at the Ruhr University Bochum. Following his studies, he worked as a project engineer and project manager in factory and process planning - with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. He then worked as a Senior Process Engineer for a global player in the healthcare sector before taking up the position of Head of GMP Facility Management at the Leibniz Joint Lab in 2022.
