Greta Romahn, M.Sc.

As part of the ProbioGel project, Greta Romahn is working on the production and optimisation of microgel-based materials for the development of a living gel plaster. Particular emphasis is placed on the production of microgels using microfluidics and their targeted functionalisation in order to control the interactions between the microgels and probiotic bacteria. The aim is to tailor the properties of the microgels specifically to the requirements of the living system and thereby improve its functionality.
