Translation Symposium at Leibniz Joint Lab - How to bring the results of research into clinical practice!

Transferring scientific knowledge from theory to practice is of central importance - but it is also a path paved with stones. This is especially true for life sciences and medicine with their many regulatory standards, medical guidelines and quality requirements. Do you know what needs to be done to bring medical development from research into patient care?

With this event, we, the Leibniz Joint Lab "fiT", the University Hospital RWTH Aachen and the RWTH Innovation Expert Hub "Life Science" want to give you an overview of the translation processes at RWTH Aachen University and the University Hospital RWTH Aachen. We will show what support you can get, how to turn your translation idea into a start-up, or industry partnerships and who the right contacts are in Aachen.

This event is aimed at professors, researchers, students, employees and entrepreneurs alike.
It will be held in English.

In addition to insights into the process and key contacts, you will have the opportunity to present your research and translation idea, receive feedback and win great prizes such as an iPad. If you would like to participate, please send your idea and pitch deck by 12th April 2024 to: lifescience(a)rwth-innovation.de

Here you can register for the event.
